Job description

The Veterans Health Administration is seeking a Primary Care Physician to lead a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) at the Cincinnati VAMC main hospital or at one of six Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The PCP will provide comprehensive primary care, coordinate with specialists, document care, and strive for high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include clinical exams, chronic disease management, and supervision of administrative tasks.
