Job description
The Veterans Health Administration's Tomah VA Medical Center is seeking a Primary Care Physician to lead the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) in delivering comprehensive care for enrolled Veterans. The physician will provide direct primary care, supervise an interdisciplinary team, and coordinate with specialists as needed.
