Job description
Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Principal Scientist / Lab Head to lead the Protein Sciences and Reagent Provision team in Ridgefield, CT. You will design, generate, characterize, and supply high-quality protein reagents to support antibody generation and therapeutic concept validation.
The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and oversight of reagent development, quality, and delivery to drive discovery programs forward.
