Job Description
Leads a team of procurement and systems analysts by coordinating workload, communicating assignments, monitoring work progress, coaching employees, and supporting achievement of team objectives.
Provides technical support for contracting systems by resolving complex system issues, assisting users, supporting system administration functions, and providing guidance on contracting system procedures.
Analyzes acquisition policies and acquisition data to assess impacts on operations, prepare reports, support internal controls, and recommend improvements to leadership.
Provides oversight and technical guidance for contracting systems, programs, and operational requirements, including reporting, internal controls, warrant and Government Purchase Card programs, and resolution of complex issues.
Develops and delivers training and guidance on contracting systems, policies, procedures, and program requirements to support employee proficiency, compliance, and data quality.
