Job description
Highmark Health Senior Product Manager, Cost and Coverage owns the end-to-end financial front door for members from understanding the cost of care to collecting payment from members upfront or providing financing options where needed, and ensuring the post-encounter Explanation of Benefits is simple and accurately matches the cost estimate provided.
This role defines the product strategy, vision, and value proposition of Highmark’s cost transparency and coverage experiences.
