Job description
Zoom is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to deploy production AI agents for strategic customers within a hybrid/remote framework. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to prove technical value, integrate with CRM and telephony systems, and turn pilots into scalable solutions.
You will design, deploy, and validate voice-enabled AI agents, tune ASR/TTS/turn-taking, and build reusable platform capabilities while delivering measurable outcomes and customer satisfaction.
