Lead Production BakerNothing Bundt Cakes Orlando - Waterford Lakes is looking to hire a lead production baker for our bakery located in the Waterford Towers Shopping Plaza. If you love cake, working with an awesome team, and want to learn something new, we would love to interview you!Position Summary:The baker will bake all sizes and flavors offered by NBC according to NBC's standards and time guidelines. The baker will also be responsible for maintaining the required par levels and will bake accordingly. It will be the baker's responsibility to keep the baking station clean, sanitized and running efficiently, as well as tracking inventory and ordering of groceries and baking materials.Requirements:Possess a strong sense of teamworkAbility to follow instructionsHas integrityTakes initiativeFits the Nothing Bundt Cakes CultureHas the ability to work well under pressurePossess strong physical staminaFinds comfort doing repetitious workHas a strong sense of pride in one's workHas good organizational skillsFeels the necessity to keep a clean work environmentAbility to multitask while paying special attention to detailPossess ability to foreseeResponsibilities may include but are not limited to:Abide by all NBC policies and proceduresUphold NBC's image and brandAssist other departments when necessaryPut baked cakes away and rotate cakes in cooler according to NBC standardsMaintain refrigeration logsCommunicate with management about equipment including problems and maintenanceBake cakes in all sizes and flavors by diligently following recipesRemove cakes from pans and package properlyFold boxes and label containersTrack inventory of baked goodsOrder and receive groceriesProvide management with a daily production sheetKeep baking area clean and sanitized including tables, equipment and tools
