Job description
Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in Olean, NY. You will direct department activities to meet safety, quality and productivity goals, assign daily schedules, and lead cross-functional efforts to remove cost and improve processes.
Relocation is offered; candidate should have 3+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience. The role requires strong leadership, lean mindset, and experience with SAP and SPC; a Bachelor’s in Engineering is preferred.
