Job description
Sandvik in Hartland, WI seeks a Production Unit Manager to oversee CNC Machining, Grinding, Shipping, Receiving, Quality, Planning and Maintenance. You will determine workforce needs, schedule production, troubleshoot issues and drive preventive or corrective actions.
Requires a strong background in manufacturing leadership, process improvement, safety compliance, and the ability to coordinate with sales and customers.
