Job description
RTX is seeking a Project Chief Engineer for AISD Non‑Safety Routers, based onsite in Burnsville, MN or Cedar Rapids, IA. You will lead RLPM development, coordinate with manufacturing, program managers and regulators to ensure technical and schedule goals are met.
The role requires a STEM degree with 7–10+ years of experience, strong project-management skills, and a track record of interfacing with manufacturing teams. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.
