Job description
Moss is seeking a Project Manager to lead on-site coordination with Owners, design teams and trade contractors on large multifamily/high-rise projects. You will manage procurement, change orders, monthly draws, and ensure schedule, budget and safety compliance.
You will develop scopes of work, review documents, supervise field operations, and participate in preconstruction activities, with emphasis on quality control and stakeholder communication.
