Job description

Engineering & Construction Innovations, Inc. (ECI) in Oakdale, MN seeks a Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects (dams, tunnels, underground) across the Midwest. You own the schedule, budget, and owner relationships, with no layers between you and the decision maker.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, at least 5 years of heavy civil PM experience in U.S. projects, and willingness to travel 25–50%.
