Lead Psychiatrist – Metro Atlanta, GA
Full-Time | Hybrid | Outpatient Psychiatry | Metro Atlanta, Georgia
Glynn & Associates Search Partners is representing an established, clinician-led mental health organization seeking a Lead Psychiatrist to join its growing Metro Atlanta team. This is an opportunity to practice in a modern, collaborative environment focused on evidence-based, measurement-driven, and innovative psychiatric care.
Who You Are
You are a board-certified psychiatrist who values high-quality, patient-centered care and enjoys working as part of a collaborative clinical team. You’re interested in a practice model that combines traditional psychiatry with integrative approaches and advanced treatment modalities.
What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
See approximately 11–12 patients per day
Conduct 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits
Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, and other clinical professionals
Provide care for patients with conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and insomnia
Incorporate integrative psychiatry and sleep medicine when appropriate
Utilize advanced treatment options including TMS, ketamine infusions, and SPRAVATO
Provide care through a combination of in-person and telehealth visits
Participate in a physician-led, innovative approach to mental health care
What You’ll Bring
MD or DO degree
Board certification in Psychiatry through the ABPN
Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
Interest in innovation, measurement-driven care, and emerging treatment options
Interest or experience in integrative psychiatry and/or sleep medicine is a plus
Fellowship training may provide opportunities to work with child and adolescent patients
