Job description
Cerelia Bakery Canada LP in Whitehall, Ohio, is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Technician who champions quality, food safety, and team leadership on the production floor. You will direct QA Technicians, verify GMPs, and ensure SQF compliance across shifts.
Responsibilities include coordinating bake-off retakes, maintaining calibration programs, and supporting CAPA actions. This hands-on leadership role reports to the QA Manager and operates at Cerelia’s state‑of‑the‑art facility in Whitehall.
