Job description
The Staff Pad is partnering with a healthcare organization in Helena, MT to recruit a Quality Improvement Nurse. This role advances patient safety, clinical excellence, and the patient experience through data-driven decision-making and collaborative quality improvement initiatives.
As part of the Quality Department, you will lead initiatives, analyze outcomes, coordinate projects, educate staff, and work closely with the Director of Quality to drive meaningful healthcare improvements.
