Job description
Lead Quality InspectorThe Lead Quality Inspector manages and leads a team of Quality Inspectors as they perform quality checks on the rework production floor in a high-speed environment. The Lead Quality Inspector will assist their team in determining the disposition of current Production parts to ensure Tesla standards are being met. Lead Quality Inspectors must be prepared to escalate concerns to the appropriate party and always promote a culture of Quality. The purpose of the Lead Quality Inspector is to develop their team into highly skilled and knowledgeable Quality Inspectors in order to minimize the amount of defective parts that are sent to Production.
