Job description
Nolte Precise Manufacturing in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Shift Quality Tech Lead to inspect machined parts, verify dimensions, and ensure GD&T compliance on the 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM).
You will guide inspection workflows, mentor quality technicians, program CMMs with PC-DMIS, and interface with customers for certification packages while supporting continuous improvement and 5S.
