This role is ideal for a hands-on quality professional who enjoys problem-solving, leading by example, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.What You'll DoPerform testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goodsReview quality data and make product release, hold, and disposition decisionsSupport GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance programsConduct environmental monitoring, inspections, and internal auditsInvestigate quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Train and mentor Quality TechniciansPartner with Production, Operations, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to resolve quality concernsSupport raw material inspections, sampling, and non-conforming material managementWhat We're Looking ForRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of Quality, QA, or QC experienceFood manufacturing experienceKnowledge of food safety and quality systemsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesPreferredDegree or coursework in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related fieldExperience with GMPs, HACCP, environmental monitoring, audits, and CAPAPCQI certification (or willingness to obtain)Leadership, training, or mentoring experienceWork EnvironmentThis role includes a mix of laboratory and production-floor responsibilities, with approximately 50-60% of time spent in the lab and 40-50% supporting manufacturing operations.Interested? Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
