Job description
SIMTEC Silicone Parts is seeking a Lead Quality Technician to oversee quality inspection activities in our LSR injection molding facility. You will mentor junior technicians, drive CAPA actions, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and ISO standards.
The role requires strong leadership, hands-on inspection expertise, and collaboration with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
