Job description
STR is seeking a Lead Signal Processing Researcher to guide multi-disciplinary teams in developing and evaluating novel signal processing, RF, and ML algorithms for electronic warfare and sensor systems.
The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a PhD/MS/BS in a relevant field, with 3–8+ years of experience, security clearance, and hands-on experience across radar, ML, and simulations.
