Job description
The Behavior Pros, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) to advance clinical leadership within our ABA team. This is more than a senior technician role; it offers mentorship, case leadership, and direct client therapy.
You will mentor RBTs, lead as a clinical point person, support BCBAs, and help open/close the clinic while ensuring quality data collection and treatment implementation.
