Job description
Children’s Specialized ABA in Clark, NJ is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician to support structure, consistency, and quality of care in assigned classrooms. You will bridge the RBT team and leadership, onboarding, classroom readiness, and day‑to‑day operations, providing advanced clinical support and independent judgment for treatment integrity and classroom organization standards.
This full-time, on-site position at our Clark Early Intervention Center runs 10:45 am – 7:15 pm.
