Job description
D & M Behavioral Solutions is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Pembroke Pines, FL team. You will run ABA sessions with families, mentor newer RBTs, and coordinate with BCBAs to ensure high-quality care and treatment integrity.
You will shadow new hires, participate in team trainings, and help maintain accurate data and notes while serving children and families in home, school, and community settings.
