Easterseals Central Illinois is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician to deliver direct ABA services and supervise and mentor RBTs within a collaborative team. The role emphasizes leadership, ongoing training, and data-driven therapy for children with autism in Peoria, IL.
The position requires an active RBT, at least one year of experience with children, and a strong grounding in ABA. Typical schedule is M-F, 8am-5pm, with an hourly rate of $18.50 and full-time benefits.
