Job description
D & M Behavioral Solutions of Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a part-time Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role lets experienced RBTs lead without a full-time commitment, keeping afternoons open and earning lead-level pay.
You will run ABA sessions, model procedures, mentor other RBTs, and coordinate with the BCBA to ensure high-quality care for families. This position includes mentoring blocks and targeted field leadership.
