Job description
Children's Specialized ABA in Owings Mills is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician for our Social Connections Program. You will mentor BTs/RBTs, implement BCBA-designed goals, and ensure treatment integrity while providing hands-on ABA therapy with kids across the spectrum.
This full-time on-site role requires an active RBT certificate and at least 6 months of center-based experience; BCBA student status is a plus.
