Lead Registered Dental AssistantPrime Dental Garland is hiring an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in Garland. Our office part of our growing group practice and share the same commitment to exceptional patient care, strong teamwork, and a positive work environment.What You Will DoProvide skilled chairside assistance during a wide range of general dentistry procedures including composites, extractions, and crown preparationsPrepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories between patientsTake and process digital X-rays accurately and efficientlyCreate a warm, comfortable experience for every patient from check-in to checkoutMaintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in the practice management systemCollaborate with the front office team to support smooth patient flow throughout the dayUphold all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA compliance standardsWhat We Are Looking ForActive Texas RDA license requiredMinimum 2 years of RDA experience in a general dentistry setting requiredRadiology certification preferredStrong clinical skills with a genuine passion for patient careProfessional, dependable, and a collaborative team playerComfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environmentExperience with dental practice management software preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour based on experienceHealth and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Paid holidaysTwo conveniently located offices in the Dallas/Garland areaSupportive, team-first cultureGrowth opportunitiesScheduleFull-Time
