Job description
MILAS is a joint venture between GAIA Real Estate and Moderno Development Group in Miami. The role handles accounting end-to-end from acquisition setup through monthly close, lender and JV reporting, audit support, and project accounting through construction closeout.
This is the sole accounting owner for MILAS entities, reporting to the CFO and collaborating with the COO and Head of Construction. Strong GAAP knowledge and real estate specifics are essential.
