Job description
LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. is seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Level 1 to join the Therapy Services team.
This role provides training, direction, and implementation support for Trainee, BT, and RBT staff in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) protocols and procedures, under the guidance of BCBA and Therapy Directors. You will work directly with clients, assist BCBAs in program development, and ensure services align with treatment plans and confidentiality standards.
