Job description
Cascadia Healthcare in Eugene, Oregon seeks a Registered Nurse to supervise staff, monitor residents and implement treatments for long-term care needs. You will develop care plans, administer medications, and document care following federal, state, and company guidelines.
Essential duties include communicating with physicians, following up with families, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Current Oregon RN licensure and CPR certification required; BSN preferred.
