Job description
Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse Lead for the MICU to oversee critical care nursing operations and mentor junior staff.
You will coordinate patient care in a fast-paced unit, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and apply evidence-based practices to support safety, efficiency, and patient outcomes. Prior RN leadership in ICU preferred.
