Job description
Methodist Health System seeks an RN Clinical Team Lead to coordinate daily clinical operations, support nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This role oversees patient flow, assigns workloads, and promotes evidence-based practice while upholding faith-based values and regulatory standards. The RN Clinical Team Lead mentors and evaluates team members, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary partners, and assists with staff education and onboarding.
