Job description
Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital South is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse to coordinate safe, high-quality nursing care for patients receiving intensive inpatient rehabilitation in St. Louis, Missouri. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide nursing staff, assess patients, support individualized care plans, administer and oversee treatments, and coordinate with physicians, therapists, patients, and families. Care for people recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses or injuries. A current Missouri RN license and strong communication and clinical judgment are required; rehabilitation or acute-care experience is preferred.
