Job description
NextEra Energy Resources in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Power Generation Operations Leader for Renewable Natural Gas to oversee the Salem plant. You will manage both physical and human assets, lead daily operations, and ensure reliable production.
This role requires 5+ years of leadership in operation and maintenance, 2+ years leading teams, and a High School diploma with preferred Bachelor’s degree. Occasional travel to other sites in the region.
