Job description
Marriott is seeking a Residences Concierge Lead to oversee day-to-day concierge operations in a luxury residential setting. This role ensures each resident receives personalized, high-touch service by coordinating reservations, transportation, deliveries, and special requests. The Concierge Lead supervises and trains concierge staff, sets schedules, and models Marriott’s people-first culture, service excellence, and integrity. Partnering closely with front desk, housekeeping, security, and local vendors, this leader resolves issues quickly, manages VIP experiences, and maintains a polished, welcoming lobby environment while upholding safety, privacy, and brand standards.
