Lifespan Incorporated is hiring a Lead Residential Enrichment Specialist in Charlotte, NC to support people with disabilities in group homes and community settings. The role focuses on teaching skills, promoting independence, and fostering social integration, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, reliable care.
Schedule: 7 on 7 off rotation—Tue–Fri 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Sat–Mon 7:00 AM–8:00 PM. Training is provided; benefits for full-time staff offer paid time off and insurance options.
