Job description
HealthPort in Princess Anne, MD is seeking a Lead Residential Specialist to supervise daily operations of the Residential Rehabilitation Program, supporting individuals with mental illness through strengths-based, person-centered care in a safe, nurturing environment.
This full-time role offers a 4-day, 36-hour work week (Tuesday–Friday) with a salary range of $43,900–$55,000 annually and opportunities for growth and ongoing training in HIPAA and CARF standards.
