n$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment

nSets up and operates various types of respiratory care equipment to be used in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness. May work with adult, pediatric and neonatal patient populations.

nActs as a resource person for other employees. May train or communicate instructions to other employees, perform minor scheduling, and inspect work to separate acceptable work from unacceptable. Serves as a contact person in the absence of a supervisor or director. Does not hire, fire, discipline, promote, demote, transfer, or appraise performance.

nRequired Qualifications:

nnnCoursework/Training: Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State.

nnWashington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.

n

nnNational Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

n

nnNational Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire

n

nnNational Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire

n

n nPreferred Qualifications:

nn6 months of hospital based work experience, in the field of Respiratory Care

nPosted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
