Job description
Zalat Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Coach to lead by example, mentor staff, and optimize daily operations for excellence in service, food quality, cleanliness, and culture. You’ll play a GM-like role with a coaching mindset, focusing on developing people, hitting targets, and running a smooth, high-volume operation.
