Responsive RecruiterBenefits: Bonus based on performance, competitive salary, dental insurance, free uniforms, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, training & development, vision insuranceRestoration Tech $25-$30 per hour What you'll actually do: Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold; survey damage within the property; evaluate and record damage to all items within the property; demolition of structural damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools; perform initial site visits to verify scope of work; conduct moisture inspections; set restoration equipment within guidelines; complete assigned tasks and notes in our primary operating system (RMS); take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process; IICRC certification available as IICRC classes are offeredYou're expected to: Lead projects from start to finish; show up on time and ready to work; produce clean, straight, professional finishes; protect customer property; communicate job progress clearly; keep your truck stocked and organized; rotate on-call when scheduledWhat We're Looking For: 4+ years restoration experience preferred; ability to work independently; valid driver's license with clean record; ability to lift 75 lbs regularly; ability to participate in rotating on call schedule, incentives offered; comfortable using job apps for documentation; strong work ethicWhat We Offer: Steady, full-time work, guaranteed 40 hours/week; paid training; health, dental, vision insurance; performance bonuses; opportunity to grow into leadership; solid team environmentWe work in homes that have been through fire or flood.
