Sheetz is seeking a Lead Team Member to guide store staff and ensure a smooth, customer-obsessed experience in our busy convenience and food service locations. In this role, you’ll lead by example on the sales floor, support training, and help manage shift operations including cash handling, food safety, and inventory. You’ll uphold cleanliness and safety standards, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate tasks so the team delivers fast, friendly service 24/7.
