Job description
Mount Saint Francis Center for Spirituality, a ministry of the Conventual Franciscan Friars, seeks an Associate Director to coordinate retreats, programs, and spiritual formation. The role blends program leadership, hospitality, and hands-on facilitation to ensure every guest experiences the Franciscan spirit of welcome and renewal.
The ideal candidate fosters collaboration with friars, staff, and volunteers, develops budgets, and supports fundraising and marketing efforts.
