Job description
GlobalFoundries, in Vermont, seeks a Reliability Engineer to drive RF reliability objectives across RF-SOI, RF-SiGe, and RF-GaN. You will collaborate with integration, device, and design teams to advance qualification and testing, ensuring robust reliability programs.
You will lead failure analysis, update FMEAs, and provide technical guidance in reliability lab operations, coordinating test samples and time to meet project goals. A solid semiconductor reliability background is essential.
