Job description
Capital One is seeking a proactive Risk Event and Issue Manager to lead the lifecycle of events across Premium Products & Experiences and Capital One Shopping. You’ll drive scoping, record-keeping in Fuse, containment strategies, and root cause analysis, partnering with risk, legal, and business teams to keep critical processes on track.
In a fast-paced environment, you will influence priorities, mentor teammates, and push continuous improvements, including AI-enabled tooling.
