Job description
Doctors Medical Center of Modesto seeks a results-driven healthcare leader to coordinate behavioral health services on the day shift. The Shift Manager will use nursing processes and leadership skills to align staff with patient care goals and ensure appropriate care across age groups.
Reporting to the Director of Patient Care Services, you will collaborate with the staffing coordinator and Nursing leadership to optimize staffing and patient flow while upholding safety and quality standards.
