Job description
Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated RN Charge Nurse for the Weekday 3-11 shift. You will oversee the nursing unit, lead RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and ensure high-quality patient care in a supportive setting.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, and coordinating with the care team to improve outcomes and staff engagement. PA RN licensure and BLS are required, BSN/ADN preferred.
