Job description
Bon Secours Southside Medical Center seeks a Clinical Unit Leader to coordinate patient care on a designated unit in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. You will lead nursing teams to promote clinical excellence and high patient satisfaction while optimizing resources.
The Lead RN/Charge Nurse will adjust schedules, mentor staff, and ensure safety, infection control, and interprofessional collaboration across care delivery. A BSN is preferred and RN licensure is required.
