Job description
Bon Secours Southside Medical Center seeks a Clinical Unit Leader – Lead RN/Charge Nurse to coordinate patient care on a designated unit. In collaboration with the Clinical Manager, you will apply nursing processes to lead the health care team and foster an environment of excellence and patient satisfaction.
Minimum qualifications include a BSN (preferred), a current RN license in the state or compact, and BLS.
