Job description
Intermountain Healthcare Inc. in Montana is seeking an RN Shift Lead I for a part-time, day shift at St James Hospital in Butte.
You will provide leadership and clinical expertise on your shift, coordinating unit resources to align staffing with census and acuity while mentoring the nursing team. Requirements include a BSN within 4 years (or 15 years acute care), current Montana RN license, and BLS on hire.
