Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking an RN Shift Lead I at St James Hospital in Butte, MT for daytime hours on a part-time basis. You will lead clinical staff, coordinate unit resources, and ensure safe, efficient patient care during your shift.
Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, coordinating staffing with the staffing office, and supporting department productivity while upholding mission and service standards. BSN and Montana RN license required; BLS on hire.
